About Us

Harijana Adibasi Mangal Samiti

HAMS focuses on community development, supporting SC & ST communities, women, children, artisans, and marginalized groups, including neglected and oppressed populations.

Harijana Adibasi Mangal Samiti is a dynamic social organization founded by a group of dedicated youth in Nayagarh in 1996. The organization’s primary mission is to uplift and empower the underprivileged, particularly the tribal, Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Scheduled Caste (SC) communities in rural areas. Since its inception, the Samiti has worked tirelessly to build and unite the strength of these communities, recognizing that people power is essential for societal development. Our operational area spans across Nayagarh district, including the blocks of Nuagaon, Daspalla, and Odagaon, and extends to other districts like Nuapada, Angul, Boudh, and Ganjam, where we continue our efforts to foster positive change and development.
