Our organization has formed a Farmers Producer Company named Sulaghna, with 11 Board of Directors (BOD) and 572 farmer members. This unit focuses on food processing and value addition, with 10 women actively involved in producing a range of products such as Ragi powder, Ragi chhatua, Ragi mudki, Ragi mixture, Ragi laddu, Ragi juice, Ragi lassi, Ragi burfi, tomato sauce, tomato chutney, and various squashes (Bela, lemon, orange, mango, jackfruit). The Food Processing Department collaborates with OUAT, Bhubaneswar, providing advanced machinery like dryers, automatic shilling, pulverizers, pulpers, ovens, mini dall mills, bottle shilling machines, and grinders to enhance production quality.
