A Yoga Awareness Program was organized by HAMS, Nayagarh to promote the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. Yoga, a practice rooted in Hindu spiritual and ascetic disciplines, includes techniques such as breath control, meditation, and specific bodily postures, which are widely practiced for health and relaxation.
The program was held in Nuagaon Block, with 85 students from the block participating. The event focused on introducing participants to the traditional practices of yoga, fostering a deeper understanding of its benefits for overall well-being.
